| Life after State, Just about 30 Years Too Late |

 In today's pile of email was a note from my alumni association. They wanted me to know they have now worked out a deal with a well known college exam prep course provider to give alumni club members discounts on the course.
Yes, I could now get a discounted class for my GRE or GMAT exam. Thanks fella's you are about 30 years late. I already have my MBA, it is unlikely I need to take to TOEFL exam, and I really don't think I am headed to law school unless I magically win Texas' Lotto and I only play when the expected payoff is greater than $1.00. (If you do not understand what that means, I will be glad to give you a lesson in finance and probability. )
I should not completely complain about the university. My undergraduate department Business Logistics (now Supply Chain and information Technology) keep a job board running and I still get leads to follow.
